LE MARIGNY
Like most of the North-Aveyron exiles in the capital, Paul Calvet chose «lemonade». This native of Saint-Amans-des-Cots has experienced a classic course - coffee boy and manager - before having his own case. Since 1994, it has been a tradition of Parisian bistros. A fine wine cellar, tasting evenings and a map that alternate varied and classic daily dishes (tripous). It should be noted that the establishment received the Golden Bottle in 2007, a prize that rewards the search for quality wines as much as the conviviality that can arise around a good glass.
