This architecture building dating back to 1938, built by Charles Giroud, was set up, with the social hygiene centre, as a sort of great place in the cities of the North and Belgium. It is part of what we call Boulogne-Billancourt the course of the 1930 s that brings together the time of intense architectural creation in the half-wars. The main entrance is decorated with metalwork. André Morizet, the mayor-mayor of Boulogne-Billancourt, who commanded him with the city hall facing him.
