Architect Raymond Bornay built these small private hotels deciding to build them in the street curve. The facade is therefore concave, offering an eye in its rounded and extending its arc forms. In a sleek neo-classical style, the hotels feature decor in mouldings, oculus and balustrade. These perfectly symmetrical hotels are very representative of the style of the 1930 s. They are part of the course of the 1930 s described as a suite of monuments of architecture of that time by the city of Boulogne-Billancourt.
