1- la qualité tant de la génoise mais surtout de la crème au beurre qui est très décevante. La pralinée n'a ni goût autre que le sucre, ni le goût, ni le "gras" du beurre.
2- la quantité, les bûches de 8 parts sont bien plus petites que l'année dernière, il est certain que les temps étant difficiles, nous comprenons bien qu'une des solutions passe par le diminution des parts..
Quelle déception !
Peut-être nouvel et dernier essai en 2023.
