The Metzger family, well known in the world of butchery and restoration for its high-end products, took orders from the old butchery André. This is the first time she has embarked on the slaughter of details. A new, white and modern façade, and a large selection of meat. For beef, for example, it is a real round of the world: Bavaria Simmental beef - house specialty - Aberdeen Angus from Scotland, Black Angus fresh from the USA or Argentina and Wagyu/Kobe from Japan but also from French meat selected carefully according to the precise criteria of the house. Price side is far from being given, the Black Angus is 52 € per kilo… The tab is 36 € per kilo and the beef rib at € 42. At that price, it must be said that the meat is perfect. To this, some services are added: rôtisserie in old and cooking on demand, catering on order, flat-hour ready-to-eat, valet valet parking card for faithful customers and home delivery.
