This restaurant in Bourg-la-Reine is on the way to becoming a must in the department. Specialized in Asian cuisine and more particularly sushi, the establishment focuses on the fusion of genres and reinterprets these appetizers with very Western influences. The card is made up of creative rolls that you won't find anywhere else! Of course this is not all that the kitchen offers, Fusion N'Rolls also works on sashimi, maki, gyoza and more complete dishes. All plates are made from fresh products and selected ingredients imported from Japan. The only drawback of this address is that it is highly appreciated, which means that the places are expensive.
