MITSUHA CHOCOLATIER
Mitsuha is an artist of her kind. The (still young) woman, of Japanese origin, who arrived in France some twenty years ago, initially had the great ambition of specialising in pastry, before choosing chocolate from among all the disciplines in this field. But in its own way, namely by combining Asian flavours with the noblest cocoa with a unique know-how. Thus yuzu or sesame blend perfectly with chocolate, giving rise to dozens of wonderful proposals each one as wonderful as the next. And the Bourg-la-Reine boutique, opened in 2014, is always full: logical.
