At the map of this bistro, all that is most typical is canals like the Burger Polette (Bun handles, VBF Charolais 150 g, cheddar, rockets, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, mustard sauce, ketchup house) or some crunchy forming, as well as traditional plates such as lamb mouse to romarin or cobble of virgin sauce.
