FABRICE CAPEZONNE
Fabrice Capezzone made himself known at Rueil-Malmaison. In Courbevoie, he makes his hole. Its shop is pretty, its very colorful pastries and its breads well made. On the weekend a customer's queue invades the sidewalk, because its reputation has turned around the town. We come for bread but especially for pastries and cakes, rather classical at the base, to which it adds a personal touch: for example, they leave their austere coffee or chocolate suits to wear a caramel with salty butter or a raspberry mariée. It's much more fun. There is a pretty range of macaroons at very reasonable prices. The breads are traditional with a few fantasies and a well-shaped rye slab. Part of the flour is organic.
