L'AMBASSADES DES TERROIRS
Auréolé of the title of Master Restorer, the head of this Embassy of the Terroirs does everything possible to allow you to enjoy, or discover, the best of French gastronomy. Thus, for Patrice Obéa and Frédéric Caillault, whether it is fish or meat, the proposals change regularly, the majority of the products are labelled organic, and the menus give pride of place to respect for the product. More original, the place regularly invites you to share "bistro aperitifs", during which you can choose a board and the wine glasses that go together! Many also come for lunch, and in particular for the dedicated formula: on the day of our visit, scrambled eggs, Morteau sausage and pineapple sorbet were on offer: delicious, and tasty! A superb wooded terrace will be the ideal setting. So we test without hesitation!
