SAINTE-MARIE-MADELEINE CHURCH
The church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, entirely vaulted with arches, has imposing proportions in Gennevilliers
Entirely vaulted, this church, consecrated in 1665, has imposing proportions. After numerous restorations, the building is now composed of a nave with three bays framed by aisles and a transept that does not project. Two sacristies enclose a pentagonal choir. The massive square bell tower topped with slates that rises from the north aisle dates from the 16th century. Inside, the stained glass windows, extremely well worked, capture the light in an optimal way.
