La cuisine est toujours au top, avec ses grands classiques savoureux : poelée d'encornets, salade d'oreilles de cochon, li-cuit de saumon pour les entrées, joue de boeuf, la trilogie tête, cervelle et langue de veau qui est une tuerie.
Bref, un régal du début à la fin.
