Escalade à Issy-les-Moulineaux

Thank you for the humiliating experience. I showed up with my two daughters this morning (one of them has even climbed lower Yosemite Falls with a guide last summer) and wanted to simply climb with them for a while. As I’d learned to belay a different way than is “accepted in France” (and I’ve been lucky enough to climb some gnarly walls in my youth in Ohio, West Virginia, Colorado, and California) they “judged” me unfit to belay them. Rather than offering a very simple solution, which would have been to quickly teach me the “official, new, French way” of belaying (which quite literally would have taken 5 minutes), they informed me that I could not belay my daughters and thus we could not climb as we wished (on belay). Sure, we could have stayed and bouldered or used the self-belay systems, but after being completely humiliated in front of my girls, who would want to spend their hard-earned Euros in an establishment that just made you look like a fool in front of your kids? So, thank you again for your wonderful reception and willingness to help us have a nice family experience Arkos Issy-les-Moulineaux. ???? Super classy.

Super salle d'escalade à Issy. On aurait aimé plus d'arche car parfois il y a bcp de monde. Mais il y a toujours une bonne ambiance et le personnel est top.
Par contre, il serait bien de prévoir des tarifs d'essai : parfois nous faisons découvrir l'escalade à des personnes et les tarifs sont un peu élevés pour une famille qui vient en découverte

Très bon spot d’escalade avec de beaux parcours variés. Je recommande.
