These old chalk quarries that made the fame of Issy have been transformed into a place of reception and celebration. In these beautiful galleries arched in the 1 000 th century which can accommodate up to people, you can organise banquets and unforgettable cocktails in an unusual and original setting. Groups of at least 20 people can take a meal at the Basque Inn (30 € per person with a guided tour of the quarries) or participate in a wine tasting (€ 20 per person). Do not hesitate to take a detour by the Basque Grocer to make full of sweet products (sausages, digestive…).
