Inaugurated in 1875, the Saint-Urbain Church is then a relief chapel built on a land offered by the heirs of the banker Pierre-Urbain Sartoris. The building is dedicated to the saint who bears one of his first names, to pay tribute to him. The church is transformed several times, and even enlarged, over the next century, particularly with the choir and transept in the 1930 s. Inside, you can see windows of 1987, executed by the art glass Éric Bonte.

Belle église très bien entretenue aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. C'est la première fois que je voyais un intérieur peint en blanc avec un liseré rouge. C'est une des caractéristiques qui en fait son charme. Les vitraux sont colorés et en bon état : je les ai admirés.
La sortie sur le parvis est sympa avec une grande hall couverte et les jeux de jets d'eau.

Beautiful church on the " place du village". You can also see two beautiful stained-glass windows by Serge Nouailhat made in 2013 representing the patron saint of this church: saint Urbain 1st (on the right as you walk) and happy Urbain V
