Nicolas Bernardé was trained at the Ferrandi school, then he was elected MOF in 2005 and best chef in the world in 2006. It was quite naturally that he and his wife decided to open a boutique. His cakes are "journeys to share". He brings old recipes up to date with exceptional cakes such as lemon-pavot (also in a "pocket cake" version), he makes fruit jams and spreads and creates desserts with volume. Every Saturday brings a new cake and a new pastry: it's the "madness of the week".

Large and beautiful bright shop, upscale pastries has affordable prices, made by crazy enthusiasts of its trade. Nicolas Bernardé is working Meilleir France, without, famous people with friendliness and generosity. I particularly have craquee for sugar caramels light (if, if) and the surprise Saturday devoilee every Thursday. A must that Paris can envy us.
