This large house surrounded by a vast park, commissioned in 1925 by a billionaire, was created by the imagination of the architect Laprade and is located in the heart of the city. The building is of original design, based on the use of light colours, the contrast between the curves of the Moorish style and the rigours of Art Deco. In this area, which is the property of the city, exhibitions and various cultural or festive events are organized, making the place a high communal place. Next to the Fidel Mill is the Maison de la musique et de la danse, finishing off by making the ensemble a remarkable place.
