Cosy and chic, Le Petit Poucet combines chic services with prices affordable enough to give it a try more than once in a lifetime. A rendezvous for many celebrities, the place is a vast stone and wood vessel, with a terrace overlooking the Seine and a large, warmly decorated dining room. Meats, entrecôtes or veal noisettes are all fine creations, oscillating between standards and revisited classics. In summer, the waterside terrace is a must. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Lors des grosses chaleurs c'est un lieu incontournable pour déjeuner au bord de l'eau sous la fraîcheur des arbres. Des grands espaces où l'on peut fumer sans déranger les non fumeurs et où les chiens sont les bienvenus. Le personnel est parfois un peu débordé mais toujours souriant. Et les plats sont délicieux.
