L'emplacement est excellent, le service en chambre est parfait. En revanche, le service clientèle n'est pas très bon, probablement parce qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde à ce moment-là !

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, mais il n'y a pas de lave-linge ! De nombreux Japonais considèrent qu'il s'agit d'une nécessité.
