The slaughter of Dominique Dezierrey, a master Craftsman Normand from Bellona, is right in front of the market. Its meat is of quality: Volaille poultry, calf bred under the mother, lamb of Loth or beef of Limousin. Charcuterie side of handicraft in pure state: rillettes, icing, homemade pistachio crust. Not to mention a wide choice of preparations that clearly help cooks with no inspiration: Orloff calf roast, basil sausage from basil, guinea fowl, morels, peaches, roast pork with figs. Sometimes a little expensive and a little overwhelmed.
