Located in the old Buffet station, the Escarbille is under the supervision of Chef Régis Douysset, one of the best tables in the department since arrival in 2005. Here, no risk of being disappointed, so you will have here three menus, each offering so many references that it will be difficult for you to make the difficult! To choose, sometimes gastronomic offers as promising as others: the king crab marinated with green lemon, the turbot meunière and its endives endives, the beef piece in Galicia. Side serve, nothing to criticize, be it brunoise and fresh mango cream or crispy cabbage and cream of pralin and roasted hazelnuts. A real heart for the reception, the charm of the restaurant, its gentle terrace and, as you will have understood, the sparkling kitchen of Régis.
