For about 4 years, the Aubrac Villa has been a place of choice in the city's gastronomic landscape. With a name like this, breathing the mud lands, the decor is planted. But a word about the atmosphere, first of all: warm, sober and chic just the right thing, it allows you to spend a convivial moment while concentrating on your choice: velvety potimarron à and fatty liver cream, shredded calf kidney flambés in cognac mustard sauce, homemade purée has olive oil, fish of the day according to its season vegetable puree or, in dessert, caramel pineapple et and its ice ball passion.
