This championship, the 7 th edition of which took place in 2014, is organised by the French Kitchen Federation (FFC®) which, since 2007, has organised cookery courses on the markets of Paris, a Tour de France from the Amateur Kitchen on fairs and clubs activities throughout France. You can register online at the FFC® website to participate in one of the regional championship selections that will take place at one of the fairs or fairs where the FFC® will be present in your region. During the selection, you will have 1 hour to concocter 30 appetizers from a basket of ingredients common to the candidates. The selection of the winner of this selection will be made partly by the public and partly by a commissioner of FFC®. During the half-finals, candidates have an hour to achieve 30 identical verrines and, in the final, in Paris, two hours to make a dish and dessert. At this final a podium of 3 winners will be designated by a jury meeting by FFC®, the first winner receiving various lots for a market value of € 1 500, the second of € 1 000 and the third of € 500.
