OLD FACTORY OF DOCTOR PIERRE
In 1837, Dr. Pierre Mussot founded an alcohol and mint distillery in Asnières, which was transferred to Nanterre in 1901 in a new building. On almost 80 hectares, peppermint is grown at the base of Dr. Pierre's entire range of pharmaceutical products, including his toothpaste. Resuming in 1914 by Forvil perfumes, the company gave way in 1966 to the children's clothing manufacturer and future Natalys moms that established its seat until 2007. Classified as a historic monument in 1992, this fine example of industrial architecture has since remained unalloyed. A rehabilitation project, in the cartons for many years, is finally beginning to leave land, with houses and offices, but will also allow the old factory to become a place of experimentation and work for new entrants in the food sector. What to give the opportunity to better highlight the building, and what will also give you the opportunity to discover, or rediscover, an outstanding architectural ensemble, between rail and road, and that you are given to admire at the moment!
