Philippe Dupont has two other butchers in the 13 th and 17 th districts but Neuilly-sur-Seine remains the mother house. All products come from the same provenance here or in Paris intra muros. The quality is present and the board identical. Beef is all refined in a cold room for a dozen days before coming to your table. On Saturday morning the shop is black, sometimes it is better to order by phone.
