A name emerges from this atypical place: Raoul Coly. Originally from Casamance, Senegal, he learned to cook at a very young age, especially with his grandmother. And what a kitchen! The care given to the flavours, between fish and marinades, in particular, rocked his childhood. After obtaining a diploma in France, the chef worked in various Parisian establishments before opening his own. From prawns to bar tartar, from chicken yassa to tiéré (a beef couscous full of flavours), with also some typical dishes from neighbouring countries such as mafé or "DG" chicken, what trips! It's fresh, it's excellent, it's different. The menu is structured around several different menus, and the desserts (we didn't forget them!) are exquisite. The place is warm, just like Raoul. The icing on the cake (easy pun, we agree), you can order, and take your dishes with you. Even if not eating on the spot will take away a nice moment.
