Discover Italy's flavours in the "village of Buzenval", calm and residential. The Panacotta Café is located in a small place for the great pleasure of the guests in the spring. The hotel serves carefully prepared Italian family cuisine. À la carte, classic but fresh antipasti, salads, pasta, pizzas and some meat suggestions. Of course we advise you to choose from among the specialties: gnocchis to truffle and ceps, linguine alle (shells), or orrechiette alla barese (broccoli, speck, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan shavings). Prices are reasonable and they are eaten.
