Confit de paleron de boeuf à tomber.
Très bonne brasserie comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent.

Des cocktails qui sont vraiment bons.
Au menu, entrée fois gras avec pain d’épice et un peu de salade (c’était frais, vous avez deux toasts, c’était bon !), puis au plat, du filet de bœuf, carotte et pomme de terre (la cuisson est bien respectée, viande tendre, bonne cuisson pour les légumes), et un dessert au chocolat (moins bon, je n’ai pas senti le chocolat, par contre bonne crème anglaise).
