C’est très jolie, conviviale, et les employés sont géniaux, a l’écoute et très serviable.
Cependant, YOUSSEF a l’accueil est insupportable. Il est arrogant, méprisant, fait de l’humour déplacé qui ne fait rire que lui, préfère papoter que parler aux client devant lui.
Il est aussi insultant envers ses collègues, à qui il rappelle qu’il est « chef de la sécurité » pour leur montrer qu’il est au dessus.
Je ne comprends pas comment une telle personne peut rester malgré les critiques récurrentes qu’il reçoit, aussi bien sur les avis Google que lorsque l’on demande son avis à des clients/employés du club.
