This forest welcomes Sunday walkers, cyclists, joggers and nature lovers
This forest is also known as the wood of Saint-Cucufa, a Spanish bishop and martyr honored near the banks of the pond in the 4th century. The forest was acquired by Josephine de Beauharnais in 1800. The forest covers an area of 200 ha and welcomes Sunday walkers, cyclists, joggers and nature lovers. A 4 km paved trail allows you to discover the trees: pedunculate oak, hornbeam, ash, tulip tree of Virginia, aspen...

This forest, known in Rueil as Bois de Saint Cucufa, is a haven of peace and greenery at the gates of the city. It can be accessed by Rueil or Vaucresson, a road across the road, closed on weekends and during school holidays. A parking lot allows you to park in close proximity to the great pond where ducks are spread, and where you can rest on benches. A paved road is not accessible to the park, allowing children to bike. A health course completes everything.
