MACARON ET CACAO
Gilles Bajolle, a former pastry chef for large houses such as Georges V and La Maison du Chocolat, has just opened his own shop in the centre of Rueil. He has transformed his specialty and offers numerous variations of flavours and colours: the traditional vanilla macaroons, chocolate, pistachio, coffee, raspberry, lemon, caramel caramel, but also most original such as coconut, griotte, cassis/violet, rose, orange flower, brown, hazelnut, green/basil, poppy… It's hard to resist the desire to taste all of them! Some ganaches and teas Brothers marriage as well.
