Musée calme, agréable, l'exposition sur Napoléon III est intéressante. Nous regrettons l'absence totale du salon de thé surtout en période hivernale. Quel dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre ne serait-ce un café ou un thé au milieu de ce beau salon !

Nous venons régulièrement dans ce joli musée.
Les expositions sont toujours très intéressantes et bien faîtes;
De Napoléon III à Lino Ventura en passant par Charles Gounod et René Crevel ... A voir la maquette du château de St cloud disparu.
Et toujours un très bon accueil.

Outre les petites collections permanentes, le musée abritait cette fois-ci une très agréable exposition consacrée à Gounod et à ses rapports nombreux avec les artistes du temps, surtout les peintres auxquels plusieurs liens familiaux le rattachent. C'est très joliment présenté, à taille humaine, et dans un lieu fort plaisant. Tout le personnel du musée est d'une gentillesse et serviabilité extraordinaire. Un petit moment hors du temps et des galères quotidiennes.
Et en plus, c'est gratuit !
