Une adresse où nous venons environ 1 a 2 fois par an . Un peu déçue sur cette dernière fois .
La carte est toujours aussi alléchante mais dans l´assiette ça manque de finesse et de précision .
Le lièvre etait sec malgré la sauce . Les ris de veaux étaient bons . Mais les plats et entrées étaient trop poivré.
Les tarifs ont bien augmenté ( je comprends avec l´inflation ) mais la conclusion est que le rapport qualité prix n´est plus pareil . Dommage

Cuisine agréable sauf un cheveu sur le poisson. Un peu trop salé.
