On a beautiful boat on the banks of the River Seine, opposite the Longchamp Racecourse, the Water Show will be good on the terrace as well as indoors thanks to its huge windows. Side map, we will start with a board to share (sausage, lomo, pata negra) followed by a salmon tataki to both sésames, a daikonou salad or a bream tartar with fresh mangoes. We will then try with the duck tournedos in pomegranate juice accompanied by crispy green beans or by the saumon of saté, sesame sauce and Thai vegetable wok. To conclude this taste cruise, we will choose the freshness of gaspacho strawberry, white cheese, or mango tartar, brewed syrup, tonka bean and cheesecake espuma. The brunch, served as a buffet on one of the most pleasant terraces in Paris, will leave nobody indifferent.
