A change of ownership took place in the summer of 2010, but if the garden has been modernised (in grey and purple tones), this restaurant remains a gastronomic address where the products of the land are highlighted. As before, all the products are fresh and come from the Rungis market, a guarantee of quality. To be tasted here, including: calf's head, game in season, kidney, various seafood and rivers (bar, perch, crayfish, St. Jacques)… By serving: floating island, tatin… and everything is home!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre premier dîner en famille à lAmandine. Les plats étaient délicieux et bien présentés, en particulier la cuisson des viandes était parfaite. Le service est au top! Nous reviendrons.
