Tout était délicieux dans un cadre magnifique, les coquilles saint Jacques étaient servies avec un sorbet de betteraves rouges délicieux, un porcelet aux échalottes et feuilles de choux originales et en dessert un soufflet safran au grand marnier. Sans oublier entre chaque plat et entrée un filet de truite mousse cresson et mousse pomme reinette avant l'entrée 1 pomme soufflée, une bille d'escargot persillée et mousse chaude fumée et après le dessert sorbet au miel, gateau vert au chocolat blanc. Nous avons été ravis et reviendrons avec plaisir. Sans oublier en partant un sachet de 2 madeleines faites maison.
