NeoBento, self-proclaimed "Feel Good Cuisine" is without a doubt a catering concept that wants us to do well! NeoBento takes us on a trip to the land of the rising sun, revisiting a must in Japanese cuisine, bento. The bento is a compartmentalized box in which Japanese people take complete and balanced meals to their workplace or school. The watchwords of the sign: responsible, balanced and happy. A whole program that promises anthology lunch breaks, a few hours away from the stress of Parisian life. Lionel and Manu, the two founders of NeoBento, had the idea of this concept on board the Japanese train Shinkansen, the equivalent of the TGV in France. Conquered by Japanese culture and eating habits at the antipodes of ours, they will open their first boutique in 2012 with the aim of offering fast and healthy food to Parisians. Four years later, a second address was opened in the capital and the NeoBento team expanded. With vegetables, protein, side dishes and dessert, you can customize your bento to create your meal to suit your tastes. An encounter between French and Japanese gastronomy, all entirely homemade and with the greatest respect for the environment. Prices range from 12.90 for the classic formula to 15.30 for the gourmets
