This ethics fair opened its doors in the Goutte district in March 2011 on the occasion of Women's Day. This is no coincidence. At this address, created at the Lucia Iraci initiative, the goal is to help needy women who aspire to take care of them. Social assistants and beauticians provide care and advice in makeup, hair, fashion but also professional guidance and administrative formalities… An approach that forces respect. A few figures? The Joséphine Salon receives an average of 140 people per month for colour, cutting, image tips, hair and facial treatments, epilations, makeup, bocage, yoga, a manicure… Some volunteers are involved in all these areas. More than 80 associations are working in partnership with the Salon. Two places are held daily for emergencies: hiring interviews or important events in social or professional life. 70% of women received are benefiting from RSA.
