Global's center deals with mail and physical requests. Take at least 5 working days to obtain a 6-month tourist visa (90 days + 90 days) if you apply to the VFS center and 2 to 3 weeks by mail.
You will have to submit a complete file (2 identity photos 5 cmx 5 cm, photocopy of passport, passport valid at least 6 months after the return date and equipped with 3 blank pages, a form for using your data by signed VFS, a completed visa application form at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/). The center retains your passport while obtaining your visa.
