Brasserie-bar in Paris serving a slightly revisited menu and a burger with a good quality-price ratio.
Well known to the local inhabitants for its seafood, the Floréal brasserie is a trendy bar, but also a great place to (eat well). The menu is vast and gives in the slightly revisited classic. Thus the burger is served in a kind of bowl with owls fried and its side dishes, the pata negra holds the road and the fish and chips is not too oily, something rare enough to be highlighted. The staff is as connected as the customers, who flock mainly at lunchtime and on weekends. Be careful, when the crowds are high, you shouldn't be in too much of a hurry. Correct price-quality ratio, when you know that you are in a rapidly changing and highly valued neighbourhood.
