Good address in Paris serving all the best Breton products, fish, shellfish and meat.
Thierry Breton, this pure Breton is always faithful to the position in his ageless hostel full like an oyster for lunch and dinner. Among the group of gourmet people, there are gourmands passing through, tourists in transit at Gare du Nord, the Breton persons who want to re-adapt their taste buds to the flavours of the West, you and me who want to taste this cuisine that everyone says is good. You can find all the best Breton products, whether land or sea ones, prepared with a rare know-how. On the menu: fish soup and chorizo, ormeau du Trésor, kaotriade (lobster, fish, shellfish), Kig Ha Farz (Breton pot-au-feu), roasted partridge and cabbage braised with smoked bacon accompanied by foie gras, etc. As for dessert, you'll find the must-eat Paris-Brest, fig clafoutis and other grand-mother style rice pudding. Definitely a very good address, not for all budgets - certainly - but when quality, generosity and talent are on the plate, you should not hesitate.

Les entrées et desserts are okay, we didn’t like the entrées, but they are okay. The problem is the lièvre with foie gras we’ve ordered, the one we needed to added 20euros each on top of the menu. They are basically organe with organe matched with a parmesan homemade pasta which have no texture. I can barely eat a third of the main course because it’s too much fat with nothing in the plate which has tried to lighten the fat so obviously present.
We probably have made a terrible choice of all choosing that plate as we can only be terribly disappointed after eating it, given as well it’s the last day of my friend in Paris, it is really unfortunate.
I always know Paris restaurants are expensive because everything is expensive in Paris, I never, except this, wonder why would they charge that much for a meal. This time we three really do not see the value for money of our experiences.
