At Maria everything is good, the kitchen like the person. A little fanciful on the edges, this woman is welcome in the blood. From time to time she pushes her ditty behind her pots, but she doesn't need this to give her heart to the work. She likes what she does. Here no chichi or a cliché made on Brazil. Maria has a small for the typical dishes of the Amazon and on the whole meal you travel. You start with a homemade soup, you continue with a duck with cassava extracted from cassava, and you end up with a foam to the fruit of passion. On the map we also spotted a traditional feijoada composed of black beans, trunks, foot and tail of pork, chest and sausage smoked and on the table of neighbor a café gourmand full of good desserts. This will be for next time because the address really is worth it. But beware of any food waste will be charged a few euros… It is marked on the menu….

Règle numéro 1 : l’hygiène en cuisine est la base principale pour une nourriture saine .
Proposez une qualité et une quantité suffisante de viandes pour le prix indiqué . ( c’est un gage de voir revenir les client).
Si vous ne souhaitez pas continuer l’aventure dans la Restauration parisienne ou peut être parce que vous n’avez pas le courage , je suis preneur pour prendre votre local .
