Restaurant dedicated to the American sandwich in Paris elaborating a menu of burgers, quality products.
A new restaurant dedicated to the American sandwich, with a loft style shop New York and a large friend of friends. The place is alive, lively, and it comes to spend a convivial moment where laugh at the shot will never be reprimanded. The service is of the same ilk, young and swims, while remaining attentive and sympathetic, one more than one can underline. On the map, the burgers have dormant names (Cheese not so classical, The Mysterious Burger, The Mysterious burger) and built assemblages (plancha à, peppers, tomatoes, grapefruit, garlic purée, parmesan, salad, salad butter, seaweed butter "bordier" for Black Tentacles, or encore mozzarella, pickles white radish, caramelized carrots, salad, tomatoes, caramelized caramelized and black truffle mayonnaise for the Burger who smoke in his bun with smoked paprika in hay and dried herbs, served under bell, bears his name well). We appreciate the creativity on homemade breads that you can also ask for gluten-free - hurra for allergic allergy! If the big appetites bouderont their small size, they appreciate the quality of the products (steaks chopped and seasoned on site!), homemade French fries, truffle and successful desserts in US sauce (carrot cake, cheesecake, etc.). Note, the breaded chicken burger, the moment (for example, cooked milk powder for 8 h in soft light, foie gras, white beet pickles, fig jam, roasted hazelnuts, tomatoes, truffle ketchup) and the burgers truck of the itinerant restaurant.
