The most recent street address of this street, Paris-Texas stands out in many ways. First of all on its specialities, since the pillars of the proposals here are barbecue - American - and cocktails. So the inescapable pork ribs, the pork pulled burger or beef rib (a beef dish matured three weeks) are all proposals. Special mention also for smoked salmon poke, cold and fresh fish served in half a coconut, a feast! Desserts are more classical, but remain good. Here the atmosphere has been well worked out: wood, canned cans that serve as a bottle door, more or less unexplained lights, comfortable chairs (except on deck). The cocktail card is also impressive. Happy surprise: the addition, which could have been believed higher.
