Restaurant in Paris preparing very simple Khmer dishes, salads, and great classics.

A stone's throw from the Canal Saint-Martin, this restaurant is first and foremost a family affair, where you can savour succulent, simple Khmer dishes. Here are just a few examples: a curious Somlam Tchou (sour soup with tamarind, pineapple, chicken and basil), a delicious Lok Lak (small cubes of melting beef marinated in lemon juice, salt and pepper) or an excellent Ban Hoy (an Angkorian picnic consisting of a plate of salad, mint and soya on one side, joined by another plate garnished with rice vermicelli, sautéed beef, egg rolls and shrimps).

Un très bon déjeuner, les saveurs sont au rendez-vous dans les assiettes et le service était charmant. Pas de regard de travers pour la poussette qui nous accompagnait, ce qui est rare par les temps qui courent ;)

Excellent restaurant avec des légumes frais et une viande bien cuite et frite.
