LES RAVIOLIS CHINOIS DU NORD-EST DE LA CHINE
Restaurant specializing in Chinese ravioli or jiaozi served as a Chinese New Year meal.
Do you like grilled or cooked in steam? What a question. Both are well done, and this is not often the case. What are we talking about? Des from Ms. Yuying. Is that what? Quite simply, small ravioli in northeastern China, traditionally served during Chinese New Year meal. Except that we serve them all year round. They are all home-made and filled with pork, zucchini and shrimp, pork, chives and shrimp, beef and turnip, or chicken, white cabbage and mushroom, among a dozen other proposals. Ms. Yuying does not speak French very well, so it will simply be communicated to the selected numbers, cooking and order arrives shortly after batch of ten pieces (or 100 for the gourmands). Count on average ravioli per person… They are all perfectly cooked, grillés are crispy and fluffy, soft and well-filled vapours. On the map also some salads… The room has only 16 seats and often the table with other clients.
