MUSSUBÏ
Restaurant with a simple and zen decor with a vegetarian option in Paris.
Noriko, fashion coordinator and founder of Hope & Love for Japan, chose to give a full name to his restaurant: mussubï meaning "the link" and also "the @ of rice". The places are worth gold and for the reason, there are only 8 places to sit in this simple and zen decor. The bentos are divided into three or less large versions from 7 €, always with a vegetarian option. There is a little more expensive formula with soup or salad and drink. A boîte cardboard box, specially designed for Noriko, hosts rice boulettes that offer multiple colours and flavours. They are to algae, spinach, corn and pepper, courgettes and miso, etc. Example of a bento of the day: for meat, it is pork jumping with ginger and tomato; the fish is a cod meunière with sauce tartare and the vegan is a pick of épais thick to soy and sesame milk or spring rolls to konjacs and vegetables. Other nice ideas also exist, this burger day last December, allowing you to enjoy not only soup, but also salad and burger for just about ten euros.
