Dishes, organic vegetables, French meats and a whole range of culinary proposals from all over the world that are served quickly: this is the concept of Nous. Neither fast food nor classic restaurant, the address offers healthy salads, fresh bowls, exotic burritos, original burgers (one with lamb), nothing is missing. A lunch formula helps to limit the price breakage, and the unavoidable Sunday brunch (very popular) also remains in the spotlight in terms of quality/price ratio. The place itself is quite well designed, with some small wooden tables and a warm interior. Of course, you can order and take your meal with you. And the concept is working well: the brand now has no less than 5 establishments in the capital, all located on the right bank - for the moment...

L’équipe de ce restaurant est tout à fait remarquable de courtoisie, de politesse et de prévenance.
L’atmosphère est agréable quoi qu’un peu gâchée par les odeurs de brûlé et la fumée ayant envahie la salle. Certainement un incident de cuisine.
Le pain, le vin et les huîtres sont délicieux.
Le reste est très bien présenté, parfois étonnant de saveur, parfois … mono-goût alors que la carte était prometteuse.
En revanche, les quantités sont parcimonieuses.
Mais bourratives car on ne se nourrit que de sauce et de pain. Les couverts sont donc inutiles.
L’addition est correcte pour une dégustation gastronomique.
Expérience mitigée, sensation de ne pas avoir mangé.
