Here you can enjoy Pintxo, greedy tapas tapas and we are far away from the pale cheese trays that we all too often use at high prices. Here the plate is colourful, original, greedy. On the menu: pintxos (veal nuts, incredible egg, tortilla, sweet stuffed peppers, kalamata olive cream, gambas), shared plates (Farago salad, Assortiment assortment, country cheeses, burrata, 36 h pig…) and fresh desserts of the day. You can eat beef and baba (aubergines caviar and chickpeas). The meal is finished with the chocolate bombs, the doughnuts ends are still hot, which contain melted chocolate. A wonder. The selection of wines is also very demanding and the cocktails offered are greedy (Gin MED, Paris Mule, Flower Power, Dark & Stormy…). We picore and speak loudly in a resolutely modern decor of cocktail bar or on the debout standing overlooking the charming courtyard of the Little Stables.
