New Parisian shop where you can taste original and finely worked dishes, concocted by Adrien and Vincent.
This new Parisian sign is held by three young people from the Ferrandi school. In the kitchen, Adrien and Vincent make up original and finely worked dishes. At the counter, we find Pauline (Akrame, Momo), and it makes amazing drinks tailor-made. The trio has put its experience at the service of the panzerotti, a pizza paste with a garni of pizza and blown in warm oil with typical ingredients of the Pudlia region in Italy. At the map, the team was inspired and played great names of cinema and politics, like the Woody Haleine (organic tomatoes, pancetta, scamorza smoked, basilic) or Christmas Mamère (hazelnut pesto, artichokes, fried aubergines). The linings accompanying these slippers are variable and sometimes original, such as the Mesclun e zucca, a gentle mixture of mesclun, potibrown, hazelnut & grana Padano. In dessert, it is impossible to override the tiramisu Pancia, Pancia Nutella or salted butter caramel. Italy as you rarely saw it!
